Cabbage Soup Diet Day 1 Plan

Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want, but you can’t have Bananas!! Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. You can drink, unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

  •  You may eat as much cabbage soup as you want
  • strictly no banana
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 2 Plan

Vegetables: Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. Try to eat leafy green vegetables, and avoid dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat as much as you want, all the veggies you can handle and all the cabbage soup you want. At dinner you can have a baked potato with butter. You can’t have any fruit on this day, so just stick to the vegetables. 

  • You may eat as much cabbage soup as you want
  • You may NOT eat fruits
    all day
  • You may NOT eat sweet
    corn, beans, and peas
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 3 Plan

Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want, but you can’t have a baked potato.

  • You may eat as much cabbage soup as you want
  • You may eat as much
    fruits as you like except banana
  • You may drink unsweetened
    drinks: coffee, tea, water or cranberry juice
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 4 Plan

Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for
sweets.

  • You may eat as much cabbage soup as you want
  • You may eat as many as 8
    bananas
  • You may drink as much
    low-fat milk as you like
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 5 Plan

Beef And Tomatoes: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six
fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash
the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You
may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no
skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the
beef one one of the beef days (but not both).

  • You may eat cabbage soup at list once a day
  • You may have up to 6 fresh tomatoes
  • You may have up to 10-20
    ounces of beef
  • You have to drink at list 6-8 glasses of water to wash uric acid from the body
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 6 Plan

Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart’s content of beef and
vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with
leafy green vegetables and no baked potato. Eat your soup at least once.

  • You may eat cabbage soup at list once a day
  •  You may eat fresh vegetables or salad
  •  You may NOT have potato
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 7 Plan

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Eat as much as you can of this. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.

  • You may eat cabbage soup at list once a day
  • You may NOT eat bread, alcohol, not carbonated beverages, not diet cola
  • After the 7 day period you must stop for at least two weeks before attempting the diet again
